These terms describe the general conditions for accessing HiTanger and booking one of its Tangier stays.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing HiTanger and booking one of our stays, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Booking & Cancellation
Bookings are always subject to availability. Cancellation details may vary by stay and will be confirmed directly during the booking conversation or through Airbnb where applicable.
3. House Rules
Guests are expected to respect the property, its neighbors, and local regulations. Any stay-specific rules shared before arrival form part of the booking agreement.
4. Liability
HiTanger aims to provide a clear and high-quality hosting experience. Where third-party services are involved, HiTanger is not responsible for those providers' separate operations.
5. Updates
These terms may be revised over time. Continued use of HiTanger after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
